Moonlight sheds -
like a blanket falls -
Light descending;
Secret dwells -
like a corner hides -
Sorrow crouching;
Darkness yearns -
like blindness grasps -
Ever missing;
Moonlight sheds -
like a blanket falls -
Light is failing.
