Moonlight With Galway Hookers

Came sunset on the water,
silent as ancient graves,
rolling with the hidden moon
comes softly rocking waves;

gliding sliding side by side,
our red sails slowly fill,
the secret moon calls us on,
as clouds hang thick and still;

the Galway shore fades away,
a moonlit course appears,
my landlocked soul sighs content:
set free, my fever clears;

with slicing bow, every roll
between water and wind,
moonlight guides our destiny,
sailing sailing onward.
